雪菊,又名昆仑雪菊,是一种生长于海拔3000米以上的高寒地区的珍稀菊花品种。其花朵呈金黄或棕红色,带有清香和独特的微苦口感。雪菊因其天然的生长环境和丰富的营养成分,具有极高的药用价值和保健功效,常被制成花茶饮用。它在养生领域被称为“花中极品”。

Its flowers are golden yellow or reddish-brown, emitting a pleasant fragrance with a slightly bitter taste. Due to its natural growing environment and rich nutritional content, snow chrysanthemum possesses significant medicinal and health benefits and is commonly consumed as floral tea.
